RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisation)
Faulty parts and equipment must be returned in a timely fashion so that you receive the refund, replacement, or repair you are entitled to during the product’s warranty period. Reputable manufacturers often offer NO COST Pickup and Return for faulty equipment and End-of-Life products.
Whether you purchased your equipment from a third party vendor or directly form the manufacturer, warranties usually apply to the end customer (the individual who purchased the product for their own use) and are not transferable. Please note, warranties may be subject to specific terms and conditions set out by the manufacturer.
We also recommend checking the manufacturer’s guidelines for customer removal of data before returning products. Manufacturers usually take no responsibility for the protection, safeguarding or return of any data left on the products that have been returned to them.
Once you have agreed with your supplier on how to deal with parts and equipment under the RMA program, DACPros technicians will complete the return to your warehouse or your supplier.
